Custom Printed Products

Business cards are custom-printed products made specifically for each customer based on their unique designs and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our printing services, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns and provide replacements or refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects or printing errors caused by Tholmrex
  • Products damaged during shipping or delivery
  • Incorrect products shipped due to our error
  • Significant quality issues that deviate from approved proofs
  • Missing items or incomplete orders

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Errors in the design files provided by you, including typos or incorrect information
  • Issues that were present in the proof you approved before printing
  • Minor color variations between digital proofs and printed products
  • Normal printing variations within industry standards
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after receiving correctly printed cards
  • Dissatisfaction with your own design choices or layout decisions

Return Process

If you believe your order qualifies for a return under our policy, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Provide Documentation

Send clear photographs or scans showing the defect or issue. This helps us assess the problem quickly and determine the appropriate solution for your situation.

Step 3: Review

Our quality team will review your claim within 2 business days. We will contact you to discuss the issue and determine if it qualifies for a replacement or refund under our return policy.

Step 4: Resolution

If approved, we will arrange for a replacement order at no additional cost or process a full refund to your original payment method. Replacement orders are prioritized for fastest possible turnaround.

Importance of Proof Approval

The proof approval process is critical. When you approve a proof, you are confirming that all text, images, colors, and layout are correct. Please review proofs carefully before approval, as we cannot accept returns for issues present in approved proofs.

Quality Standards

We adhere to industry-standard printing tolerances. Minor variations in color, cutting, and alignment are normal in professional printing and do not constitute defects. We allow a quantity variance of plus or minus five percent on all orders.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, note this when accepting delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if you discover damage to the products inside. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Replacement Orders

For approved returns due to our error, we will reprint your business cards at no charge using the correct specifications. Replacement orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and receive priority handling throughout production.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Reorders and File Storage

We store your design files for a limited time to facilitate easy reordering. If you need to make changes to an existing design or order additional quantities, contact us to discuss your needs and pricing for reorders.
